NADRA Call Center Agent Job Description:
Your primary responsibility as an NTL (Contractual) job Call Center Agent is to talk to customers using different communication channels to ensure that they are satisfied. In addition to that, you might be practicing on how to answer their queries, troubleshoot issues, and support them for their billing issues, at the same time, you may also guide them for technical issues such as tonality of the software, if not the customers’ disappointment themselves. You will be able to help customers and leaders that will help you take care of the various problems that will come in a normal day of your operation. So you must have good communication skills, be a problem-solver (مسئلہ حل کرنے والا) person you must also be a customer-oriented person to make sure that the customers are fully satisfied.
The Contractual Position is an incredible opportunity to work in a relaxed atmosphere where you will be given the chance to put your theory to practice, assisting customers you will develop your technical support skills and troubleshooting abilities. In addition, you may be required to maintain a certain level of performance, carry out tasks at a high level, and be patient and professional when dealing with difficult situations as a team member. Handling Complaints: Minding customer complaints and inquiries via phone calls & email
Service Improvement: To help in creating new customer service protocols that will lead to fewer complaints being filed monthly
Active Listening: Their inbound support agents are especially good at the practice of active listening to customer inquiries. This also means identifying their needs and, in the most effective way manner, addressing their concerns
Empathy & Patience: They are humble enough to trust customers with their feelings, and through this act, they feel both understood and valued
Proficiency in MS Office & VICIDIAL/Call Center Application: For documentation and communication
Typing skills: Fast and accurate typing with a focus on permanency
Multi-tasking: Effectively handling multiple calls or queries at once, ensuring that all customer interactions are addressed, and, at the same time, keeping it professional.
