General Conditions and Instructions

A written test will be conducted by M/s OTS and the candidates who pass the test will be called for an interview by WAPDA.

Age Relaxation: A 5-year age relaxation of the age limit is inclusive of the scheduled areas at Adiwasi, Maratha (outside the Maharashtra State) except for the Ladakh region, wherever the scheduled areas are situated. An additional age relaxation of 3 years will be given to candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Communities, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (Rural), and Balochistan. The maximum upper age limit for all categories is to be 40 years whereas Government and WAPDA employees who have completed two years of continuous regular service by the closing date will receive an upper age limit relaxation of up to 10 years.

WAPDA Employee Children Quota:Only the children of WAPDA employees who have registered the quota will be eligible to apply. The candidates must submit an affidavit and relevant documentation at the time of the interview to be considered for this quota.

Probation and Regularization:The chosen candidates will be on probation for one year and, in case of acceptable performance will be regularized. In the event that unsatisfactory performance during the probation period takes place, services could be terminated without the need for prior notification.

Eligibility Criteria:Every service which the candidate had was not discontinued on the basis that he/she was involved in grave cases is the sole one which is eligible for applying to the post. WAPDA reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

No TA/DA:There will be no test allowance or daily allowance (DA) for the test and the interview.
Documents:Candidates should submit all educational documents, a photocopy of the domicile certificate, CNIC, and relevant experience certificates. Original documents to be brought at the interview.ted candidates will go through a probationary process of 1year. After that, they will be regularized, that is, upon satisfactory performance. In case there is poor performance in the probation period, the services will be ended immediately without being noticed.

WAPDA Job Opportunities 2025 How to Apply

Applications for the said posts should be submitted as follows:
Registration: Open the OTS (Overseas Testing Service) website www.ots.org.pk and in 15 days of publication of the advertisement complete the registration.
Test Fee: The eligible candidates are required to pay the test fee of Rs. 200 from any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL through the eradicated bank challan, but you can easily do so by acquiring the chits on the OTS website.
Submission of Documents: Candidates filling the application form must send the form to the respective address with the attested copies of their educational documents, CNIC, and domicile certificate, along with experience certificates and two passport-size photographs.
